The Guide to Make This The Best Year

Move Up

“We all eventually face something much bigger than we are. We all get in situations—some by fate, others by our own doing—that seem too big to overcome. I call these life knockouts (LKOs).

If you have ever experienced an LKO or are in the midst of one, this book is for you. If life seems to be knocking you down with little hits more often than it lifts you up, this book is also for you.”

– Kimberly S. Reed

About the Book

Eight years ago, Kim hit rock bottom. Her mother lost her battle with cancer, her grandmother died of a broken heart, and just a few months later Kim herself was diagnosed with stage two breast cancer. When faced with struggles like these, most would feel defeated. Many would ask why me? Kim did too.

Yet despite the myriad of challenges Kim faced, she did something else too.

In her mother’s final days, she observed an unimaginable optimism that has since transformed her life. Difficulties and struggles are unavoidable in life. Regardless of what comes, every person yet has complete control over their personal response to the situation. Optimists Always Win offers readers a plan for responding with positivity and hope for both the challenges and blessings that come their way.

What inspires you?

How my beloved, fearless and extraordinary Mommy lived her dash. In my Mother’s darkest hours, she still poured into others, she loved people.

Seeing people win, happy, successful and living the power of their dash!

God’s grace is simply divine, he has done so much for me and my family. Over these past 8 years, he has shown me how to pray with power, turned the light back on in my soul, ignited another level of optimism, restoring my joy and faith, healed me and allowed me to live this amazing life he designed just for me!

What are you most proud of:

Although, I am a water head, I am very strong and I love hard. I come from very strong and extremely loving Women.

There is nothing that I am afraid of. My Dad created that. When I was 3/4 years old he took me up in a helicopter and let me put my hand out of the window, and never looked back. We were scared of my Mom, because this little outing was sworn to secrecy……But told her as soon as my Dad opened the door to our home……LOL!!
